Tempo issue still not resolved 12 months later

I bought this app and had a fast tempo issue on my Mac Pro from day 1. I contacted the company 1 year ago and although receptive they say they can not figure this out. Ive asked for a refund but they wont give one...I corresponded with the company but still no resolution 12 months later.... they told me they were aware of the issue but I still have no fix and no app that works. Well if your selling apps and your aware of the problem and dont fix it what does that say?? I would not buy this app if you have a mac until they assure you the issue is fixed.
